This is a part time, non-benefited position generally working Thursdays and Fridays from 8am-5pm. Hours will vary as needed. Located at Scripps Clinic - Carmel Valley. This position is roughly 50/50 direct patient care and administrative work.

What you'll do:
- Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
- Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice.
- Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting.
- Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
- Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Current California RN License
- BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association
- Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as RN
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Cariology experience as an RN
- Emergency Dept/ICU experience
- Cath Lab experience
