About the role:
The Integrated Marketing team is core to all marketing campaigns at Samsara. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams, leveraging multi-touch inbound marketing programs. You'll contribute towards the Growth Marketing team's quarterly pipeline commitments while working with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to execute high-quality integrated campaigns, webinars, email nurtures, and direct mail campaigns.
You will be joining at an exciting time at Samsara with a clear path to growing the team's size, scope, and impact. This role can be office-based or fully remote in the US.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the USexcept the San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Metro Area. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:
- Executing campaigns across the full funnel, in coordination with Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
- Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks.
- Build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars, email, content marketing, direct mail, and more.
- Build and execute email campaigns, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, and more.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or other relevant experience.
- Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business impact.
- Highly collaborative with a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
- Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.
An ideal candidate also:
- Has experience with B2B tech marketing and is an analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for growth marketing.
- Displays strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams.
- Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
- Experience with Marketo (or other marketing automation) and Salesforce.
- Has experience with ON24 or Sendoso.
Samsara's Compensation Philosophy: Samsara's compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.
We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.
